So Be Faithful

The world, with all its charm, has much to offer,

And it can cause a child of God to stray.

But God has promised us a life that ends in great reward.

Jesus is the Life, the Truth, the Way.

The burdens of this life are often heavy,

And many Christians fail to give their best

But God has offered strength to those who labor in His yoke.

Jesus said, “Come unto me and rest.”

So, when your heart is broken and in pieces,

And you think you can’t walk another mile.

Remember, God is Sovereign, and He has a perfect plan.

His grace is sufficient for His child.

And when your life on earth is finally over,

And questions rise about what you have done.

Your Savior will be waiting, and your doubts will disappear,

When Jesus whispers, “Welcome home, my son.”

So be faithful.

The Word of God is clear: you must be faithful,

If well done, you would hear.

Just serve the Lord and trust his word in everything you do,

And be faithful, for God’s been true to you.

The Lord will see you through.
